Registration Agreement

Greetings, Hi, Hello, and may All The Forces be with You!

This is the Registration Agreement,  necessary to clarify Our relationship and to avoid painful and expensive situations later on.
So please read it all the way down.

First of all, please understand We and You are not interested in becoming involved in any whatever conflict that can escalate.
We all know that, in the end,  only Lawyers win.  This is why We,  that is You and Us (domain owners, hardware owners or users, software owners or developers or users,  project developers, fee payers, fee payees, just everybody involved with the project) both unconditionally agree to the contract printed here and to the additions and exceptions published elsewhere.
That is all together the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

We believe the Internet is for serious people, for non profit and for business associations,  and for whatever any whatever other entities.
We believe that who cannot raise enough capital to afford our so low membership fee is not able to conduct any serious activity on the Internet or anywhere else.
This is a business enterprise,  not a charity website.
We all want to keep this affordable but serious, so this is a paid membership forum.
Anyway,  if You found Your way to the Finders Lounge then You are likely to make at least some money in the first month already.

You unconditionally agree, through your use of this forum, that You accept any and all rules of the forum and that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. Any information the forum owner or staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Dating and medicine related posts are allowed, do not worry.  Job and romance etc. related posts are permitted.  Over the Counter and Prescribed drug related posts are also allowed.  That too, are industries.  Only, please keep things serious, or get banned before Lawyers begin collecting our income ...

Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

Also note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.

Any and all information that could be collected automatically is for anonymous statistics and remains in the records of the website, and it is always transferred with the website to each new registrant/owner/developer of the domain/website. Any and all request to remove other information than Your private information (name, address, profession, etc.) is useless. Private information is removed automatically with Your account. Posts and replies remain existent.

Please post Your comments in the appropriate place.  If You are not sure where to post a certain comment,  just put it there where You think it is the most appropriate place.  We will move it if so needed.

Sanctions.  This is a unpopular subject,  we know.  But one can only keep something if he/she/they will fight for it.  Our policy is to not spend energy by sanctioning whenever an opportunity presents itself.  We keep an eye on things.  Members will be happy to tell us about excesses. We do not sanction fast, because we every forum needs members and banning punishes almost the whole community. But we do will ban for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months and perhaps forever.  Well, we shall see.  Think, what would You do?

The membership fee (unpopular subject, too) is monthly recurring, and who does not pay in time and in full has his/her account simply deleted and needs to apply for membership again under the terms of the moment.

We have this dedicated server where is hosted. Besides the rent we need to pay for bandwidth and a few things more. We had to purchase the domain,  and the domain registration needs to be renewed yearly too.  Research, development and operation of the web account (website, email, membership follow-up, etc,) is until now ran by volunteers.  Without weening, all that needs to be paid for,  You know.

We believe that who wants to make money has at least the membership fee at hand. What do You think?
The amount of the current fee is only a few $US (usd) and shown in the payment agreement and the payment button.
In fact,  it is not sure everybody sees a ban as a punishment ...

Ah, well.  Advertising is probably nowhere as cheap as in a forum post, in a signature or in a member profile.
The forum is readable to members only,  so that only truly motivated people profit from their work here.
Do not expect much from Guests:  Most of them are just curious or people who come to the Finders Lounge by Search Engine Accident.

Search Engine Accident is Our term to denominate search engine results that send people to urls that they absolutely are not interested in and cost energy, time and money!  Not every Search Engine Accident is intended by the web developer or SEO engineer, but it is in most website owners mind that traffic is King!  Targeted traffic is often wanted, but it cannot be denied that people love high traffic from anywhere.

Traffic is one of the first and mostly advanced arguments is a domain or website sale, while the numbers are just statistics.  And statistics,  We all know,  are just numbers that need to be interpreted somehow:  Bullish or Bearish as is in FOREX terms ...

Hint: Your title depends of Your number of posts. That is so in most forums, and it is some proof of some activity - Worth for each of Us for what it is ...
But You can have a higher title by paying a higher monthly donation, and a higher monthly contribution could add up to Your business credibility.

Once in an on the forum You will have the fun to contact people and organizations, ask for advice or sell advice, buy things You did not find elsewhere, sell products and services to people and organizations You did not find elsewhere,  invest Your assets piled up and up to just be taxed for having them, finally get what You can live with (a relationship or some possession), etc.

Find it all at the Finders Lounge!
Feel Good!
Better Be Bearish.

Kind regards,
